    In addition to the careful recruitment process, SAT Consulting follows a number of organized programs for the training of the new employees. A part of these trainings are accomplished through in-house studies of periodicals and professional/internal reading materials as well as direct and personal lessons, to be completed in a certain timeframe. These trainings are aimed to get the new recruits acquainted with the corporate culture and the optimized methods of customer care services. Another training program is carried out by introducing the employees for attendance in specialized training courses, workshops and seminars abroad. The courses and trainees are decided based on the objectives, capacities and potentials of each individual and the specific needs of the company. This type of training will continue throughout the course of employment.
